  • Dynamic Pricing Disclaimer: Hotel nightly tariffs, taxes, resort fees, and airline fare buckets (including Business Class I/Z inventory) fluctuate continuously in real time. Indicative pricing tiers in our comparison tables are provided for editorial benchmarking only; the final binding price is always displayed on the booking partner’s checkout page prior to payment.
  • Changes, Cancellations & Refunds: Any modification, cancellation, or refund request must be directed to the merchant of record with whom you completed your reservation.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All original text, hotel inspection tables, aviation CPM analyses, custom code, and brand graphics (including the Wanderlust Compass monogram logo) are the exclusive intellectual property of Wanderlust Compass. 4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wanderlust Compass shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from flight delays, schedule changes, hotel overbookings, visa requirements, or reliance on editorial itineraries published on this site.
